*Bleu de Hue bowl* - Porcelain - China - Qing Dynasty (1644-1911)
A nice 19th century Blue de Hue dish made in China for the Vietnamese market.
The dish is decorated with a phoenix spreading it's wings with it's tail feathers trailing behind. The other side with ribbon bound scrolls. The rim has a metal band fixed to it, typical of this type of ware.
Marked with a two character mark that reads Nei Fu, which can be translated as "Inner Court".
Dimensions: W9,5x H4,6cm
Condition:
In very good condition with no damage, only two a baking flaws in the center of the well and a glaze burst on the phoenix. .
Checked with strong UV light for defects.
