Blue Transfer Victoria and Albert Commemorative Plate, England, c. 1840-1845, earthenware soup plate printed with the Standard Willow border pattern, center pattern consists of a cameo profile of Queen Victoria and Prince Albert to commemorate their marriage, inscribed: "Queen Victoria Born May 24 1819 –/Prince Albert Born Aug 26 1819/Married Feb 10th 1840," unmarked, dia. 10 1/2 in.
