Folio (355 x 222mm.), additional engraved title-page (dated 1662), 154 engraved plates, modern calf, new endpapers, some light browning, short tear in pl.78 without loss, first few leaves slightly chipped or wormed in margins, front free endpapers strengthened, binding lightly scratched

The plates include illustrations of windmills, roasting-spits, fans, water-pumps and fountains.
