About this Item: Rockwell and Churchill, Boston, 1882. Hardcover. Condition: VG. First Edition. With approx 69 folding plates/plans/maps. Brown cloth, gilt decorated/embossed Bostonia insignia on front cover and gilt lettered. Very Scarce Book. 10 1/2" X 15". Extremity wear/rubbing mainly to spine tips, corners/edges, spine. Light cover flecking. Spine slightly lightened & front board,several small chipped areas to spine, 1" x 1/4" & 1/2" x 1/4" and spine tips up to 1/2", all not affecting lettering on spine. Other spine area cloth tearswith some archival repairs. A touch of page edge foxing and some folding plans/maps lightly tanned, closed tear to one map . Minor area of rear board lightly lifted. Out of print. ; Photo illust. numerous folding maps & plans; Oversized; ca212 pages.
