Boucheron Gold, ruby and diamond bracelet/brooch combination, circa 1950

Each detachable brooch designed as an openwork feather embellished with circular-cut rubies, circular- and single-cut diamonds, on a bifurcated bracelet, inner circumference approximately 150mm, signed Boucheron Paris, maker's marks for Wieder & Delorme, French assay marks for gold.

Condition Report:
Signed Boucheron Paris. Maker's marks for Wieder & Delorme, 21 rue Rochechouart, Paris. French assay marks for 18 carat gold. Bracelet and brooches numbered 1 and 2 to indicate their respective places. Rubies estimated to weigh a total of approximately 3.50 - 4.50 carats, slightly purplish red of medium saturation, moderately included, reflective inclusions to some examples, chips and nicks. Diamonds estimated to weigh a total of approximately 1.00 - 1.50 carats, on average H-I colour, VS-SI clarity, as gauged and graded in the mount. Scratches to the metal consistent with normal wear. In good condition. Brooches measuring approximately 50 x 25mm. Total gross weight approximately 65 grams.
