Box, Wonderful box - Silver - Burma - Early 20th century

A magnificent box in solid silver, made in Burma; as the lid shows an openwork, we guess it was used as a censer. Richly decorated on all sides, chiselled and embossed by hand only, with bas-reliefs depicting figures, birds, and plants. Made in Burma in the beginning of the 20th century. Dimensions: 11 x 9 x 9 cm Total weight: 306 grams The item has no hallmarks, nor trademarks. It was silver tested with positive results (it’s made of solid silver, and is not just silver plated) .
