Boxed Browning 1885 Single Shot #3 Barrel Rifle .40-65 BPCR with Factory Vernier Sight
Manufactured by Miroku for Browning, this Model 1885 High Wall rifle is chambered in .40-65 Black Powder Cartridge only. Features a 30" octagon-to-round #3 contour barrel with a one-piece scope rail, factory front adjustable ghost ring sight with bubble level, and included Vernier tang sight. Tang sight has not been installed but is included. Falling block action with case-hardened receiver and serrated trigger. Fitted with a satin-finished walnut pistol grip stock with right hand cheek piece and matching Schnabel forearm with three-point checkering, case-hardened pistol grip cap, and checkered buttplate. Comes in the original factory box with factory paperwork and 1998 Browning catalog. LOP: 13-1/2". CALIBER/GA: 40-65 BPCR. S/N: 07118NT2B7. FFL: Modern.

Retains 95% finish throughout showing only faint handling wear and small spots of varnish on the barrel and receiver. Light oxidation spots on the falling block. Stock and forearm show small areas of varnish touch-up and light handling wear. Great bore and mechanics. Box shows some storage wear.
