Boxed Trix Twin Railway (TTR) No. 551 'Derelict Coach Hut', boxed, English, circa 1950s, A vintage Trix Twin Railway (TTR) OO-gauge No. 551 Derelict Coach Hut, manufactured in England, representing a grounded former railway passenger carriage adapted for use as a lineside hut, tinplate construction, the coach body finished in dark maroon/brown with a contrasting grey-green curved roof and small black stovepipe chimney, the sides are pierced with a series of rectangular windows, some represented as boarded over, giving the deliberately dilapidated appearance intended by Trix, the coach is permanently mounted on a rectangular buff/khaki-painted tinplate base, with steps beneath the doorway, the underside is factory impressed 'TTR / MADE IN ENGLAND', original red card box, with yellow end label bearing the Trix Twin Railway TTR trademark and printed 'DERELICT COACH HUT 551'.
