Dial: two-colour silvered, engine-turned. The hand-engraved movement is inscribed "7 Messidor An 9", which is the 26th of June, 1801 in the Gregorian calendar. It is the date when Abraham Louis Breguet received the patent for his tourbillon, which he had developed and tirelessly worked on over 10 years. Even today the tourbillon regulator is regarded as a technical masterpiece produced only by the most accomplished makers. Case: very good. Dial: as new.
