[ translate ]

Swiss. Stainless steel. This Breitling Navitimer Chrono-Matic, Reference 1806, is affectionately dubbed the "Pizza" or "Big Case" due to its massive stainless-steel case and serrated rotating slide-rule bezel. The watch houses the historic Calibre 11 movement, one of the world's first micro-rotor automatic chronograph engines developed in secret by the Project 99 consortium (Breitling, Heuer, Hamilton, and Dubois Dépraz). The layout of the movement dictates its configuration: winding crown set at 9 o'clock on the left side, chronograph pushers at 2 and 4 o'clock, and date window at 6 o'clock. The black dial features white subsidiary registers, neon-orange central chronograph hands, and the printed "twin jet" aircraft logo below the 12 o'clock position. Complete with its presentation box and instruction manual, fitted to a JB Champion stainless steel bracelet. Serviced in 2022. 48mm. Swiss.
