BRITISH GUIANA: 1860s-1940s predominantly mint collection on leaves from 1853-55 Ship 4c blue imperf with large-part 'DEMERARA/FE28/1854' cds (good margins; shallow thin), then 1860-76 Perf 12 & Perf 12½-13 range comprising 1c black, 2c orange x2 & 4c blue *, 8c carmine unused, 2c, 4c x2, 12c x2 & 24c used and New Design 6c unused & 24c used, Perf 10 1c * and 6c, 8c, 12c & 48c used and Perf 15 8c used (a couple of short perfs) & 12c with very fine 'A03' in red, 1876 Crown CC Wmk 6c unused & 96c used (minor faults), 1883 Crown CA Wmk set (4c & 8c used), 1888 Inland Revenue Surcharges to 10c, 1889 Ship Keyplayes to 72c, 1898 Jubilee set & 'TWO CENTS' Surcharges including 15c No Stop After 'CENTS', 1900 Ship Keyplates Crown CA Wmk set and Multiple Crown CA Wmk range including 96c, 1913 KGV Multiple Crown CA Wmk and Multiple Script Wmk sets, 1931 Union Centenary, 1934 KGV Pictorials & 1935 Jubilee sets, also 1938 KGVI Pictorials set mounted plus Official overprints 1875 2c and 1877 2c & 4c used, etc, some with hinge remainders otherwise generally fine to very fine except as noted, Cat £4300+.
