Contemporary three-quarter brown morocco over marbled paper-covered boards, stamped in gilt, joints rubbed, covers rubbed with some losses to marbled paper of first volume, slight wear to extremities; top edges gilt, other edges trimmed; matching marbled endpapers. Front and rear hinge of second volume cracked; text and plates lightly toned; some scattered minor spotting.
