Buddy Holly and the Crickets performed in 25 cities in England and Wales during their sole trip to Great Britain. As one of the earliest tours by an American rock and roll performer, Holly was massively influential on the generation of English musicians who comprised the British Invasion. This large-scale poster is one of two of this format from the tour known to be in existence and the only one known from the show in Doncaster.
