Buick - Century Riviera SPECIAL - 1957

This beautiful and original BUICK left the factory on 7 November 1957 and the first owner drove it until 15 February 1984. The 2nd owner only enjoy it for 3 years, our purchase bid in 1987 was irresistible and we shipped the car to Belgium. To this day we are still the 3rd owner and the car is still in ORIGINAL condition. No restoration and no overhaul. We only fitted an extra temperature gauge because the original one was not sufficiently reliable. The bodywork with its dash of red (see photos) is as it left the factory. The engine, a V8, starts and runs like clockwork, the "dynaflow" automatic gearbox works as it should! The green interior matches the yellow outside colour very well. Small detail: The wheel key, jack and spare wheel are original and included. We took part in several annual summer rallies in the 33 years we have owned the Buick, the car was then neatly stored in a damp-free and heated space to get it through the winter period. It really is an incredible experience and an eye-catcher to cruise with on the roads. You can come and view the car in Aalter, Belgium.
