In a wreath design, set with oval cabochon sapphires weighing approximately 20.00 - 25.00 carats total by formula, oval cabochon turquoise, and round brilliant and baguette cut diamonds weighing approximately 4.25 - 5.25 carats total. Mounted in 18 karat white gold. 1 7/8 x 1 7/8 inches.

Overall Condition: The sapphires measure approximately 6.35 x 4.45 x 3.50 mm - 6.85 x 5.40 x 3.75 mm. Some light scratching to gold consistent with wear.
