Attributed to the 'Sherratt' pot bank, modeled as a bull-baiting scene, the tethered bull with his sizeable head lowered to glare at dog poised at his side, another dog tumbling off his shoulders, a man standing with his arms raised, a stick or whip in his right hand, mouth agape to encourage a crowd, the table base on six feet, molded with swags and titled 'BULL-BEATING' 'NOW CAPTIN LAD', 10 1/2 in.
