(A) Femaru Model 37 - This pistol was made before the German occupation as there are no German military markings. It wears a commercial quality blue finish with grooved hard-wood stocks. It comes with one magazine and period holster that was not made for this gun. CONDITION: Shows only average holster wear retaining approximately 85-90% original blue with a fine bore and action. (B) ORTGIES SEMI-AUTOMATIC. No German military markings. It is a hammerless semi-automatic pistol produced in Germany in the years immediately after World War I, first by its inventor Heinrich Ortgies and then by Deutsche Werke. It features a dull blue factory finish with monogrammed wood grips and comes with one magazine and a period holster. CONDITION: Over-all approximately 85% dull blue with some age freckling. Left wood grip panel has a name carved by hand, "Lt. Veltheim" Fine bore and action.
