Printed by CBNC. Signature combination of J.A.C. Osborne and G.F. Towers. An incredible opportunity to acquire this high grade French Text 1935 Twenty. This note is seen in a lovely Choice Uncirculated state of preservation. Dark pink underprint is found in the signature panel, as well as emanating from the central "20" counter vignette. Jet black ink is seen comprising the intricately lathed border design, as well as the bank name at top center. The portrait at left is of a young Princess Elizabeth, later Queen Elizabeth II. Seen on the reverse is allegorical agriculture watching over a farmer. PCGS Banknote has not released a population report yet, but we can surmise that this note would be towards the top. Worthy of a premium bid, especially for the Canadian paper collector looking to upgrade to this lovely example.
