Louis XV, the case with "c couronné" (a revenue stamp placed on all copper alloys between 1745 and 1749), the dial and movement signed ARSANDAUX A PARIS (Jean Arsandaux, maître 1727), Paris ca. 1745/49.
Matte and polished gilt bronze. Enamel dial. 2 finely pierced, gilt hands. Movement with Brocot escapement, striking the 1/2-hour on bell. Repetition on demand.
