The case surmounted by a boldly cast open rocaille urn finial over a waisted case on scroll feet, on the original concave-sided wall bracket, decorated with foliate and shell scrollwork, the 17cm signed white enamel Roman and Arabic dial with gilt star centred alarm dial and gilt fancy hands, the single barrel movement with tapered plates united by four pinned tapering pillars, with silk suspension and numbered outside countwheel strike on two bells set above, with two pull cords one for the alarm, the other for the repeat. Currently running and repeating. Together with a silk suspension pendulum, and associated winding and case keys. Clock 60cms high (height of bracket 20cms, width of bracket 34.5cms)
