The case surmounted by the figure of a woman in flowing robes over cast cloud forms and foliate scrolls inhabited by two putti, the 13cms cast dial with 24 black and white Roman and Arabic numeral plaques, with fettled blued steel hands, the spring driven movement with large circular plates united by knopped pillars, signed and numbered to the lower edge, the quarter repeat work mounted on the backplate striking on a bell above (the bell inscribed in ink '206'), with rollers for the repeat cord mounted to the rear. Together with a silk suspension pendulum. 53.5cms high.
