CARVED AND PAINTED PINE POLICEMAN WHIRLYGIG, AMERICAN, CIRCA 1900

With handled bar mustache and navy blue uniform.

Height 13 ¾ in. by Width 3 ¾ in. by Depth 2 ⅜ in.

Condition Report:
In fine condition with historic paint and no apparent signs of inpainting. Overall aged varnish and wear from handling. Red and yellow paint on collar and hat brim contain some loss. Missing pin on brass plate on hat brim. Old replacement of pin holding arms. Shallow puncture points on mustache, chest proper left side, and lower jacket proper right side.
