CASED EDWARDIAN PLATINUM & DIAMOND PENDANT NECKLACE

A cased Edwardian platinum and diamond pendant necklace. The necklace strung with an articulating tassel set with old cut diamonds surmounted by a substantial old marquise cut diamond of approx 1ct suspended from a diamond set flower cluster and strung upon a diamond set link chain to trace chain and hoop clasp. The tassel pendant is strung upon a hook bale allowing it to be easily removed with the cluster remaining. Estimated total diamond weight 4ct. Total weight 11.2g. Measures pendant tassel 4.2cm excluding cluster, 5.8cm including cluster. Wearable chain 42cm. The necklace presented in tooled leather silk and velvet lined case for the Sussex Goldsmiths and Silver Smiths Company 13 Pavilion Buildings Brighton.
