To purchase Category C1 firearms that must be registered, a copy of an IDENTIFICATION DOCUMENT as well as a copy of a LICENSE FROM AN APPROVED FRENCH SPORTS FEDERATION for the practice of shooting or trap shooting-trap, or a copy of a FRENCH HUNTING LICENSE issued in France accompanied by the VALIDATION CERTIFICATE for the current or previous year.
To be eligible to bid, ALL BUYERS MUST HAVE REGISTERED WITH THE AUCTION HOUSE AT LEAST 24 HOURS BEFORE THE AUCTION DATE so that the auction house has sufficient time to complete the necessary legal administrative procedures.
MODERN HUNTING AND SHOOTING FIREARMS ARE SOLD “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY.
