Walter Cern?, born Charles Cern?, was a Czech landscape painter and pastel drawer. He studied in Prague, Munich, Vienna and Paris and exhibited his works at the Soci?t? des Artistes Ind?pendants in Paris since 1910. He later moved to France and worked in Lagny/Seine-et Marne.
