Charles F. Decker (1832-1914), Keystone Pottery (active c. 1871-1910), Washington Co., TN. Circa 1870-1890.

Condition: Several losses to top rim and one moderate chip to foot.

Size: 2 3/8" H, 9" D top, 9 1/4" D foot.
