Condition Report: Leather shows wear with some cracking on the seat surface and ottoman surface with a tear on the ottoman surface (view images) and smaller tear to the chair surface. There is a small abrasion on the front right corner edge of the laminated wood frame with a much smaller edge abrasion issue on the ottoman that's hardly worth mentioning. A few minor scrapes on the wood to the back side of the chair
