Merlot 80%, Cabernet Franc 20%. Incredibly exotic nose, oozing black fruit. There is massive black, plummy fruit to match on the palate, plus the great classy structure of historic Canons. Fabulous, huge, tannic wine - a Canon classic. At 4 years old, really classy, spicy nose with lovely structure under the richness and fruit. Serena Sutcliffe, MW WA 93+
