In 2017, we gave it two hours of decanting time (not intentionally!) and it melted in the mouth. A wonderfully scented, wild herbs and sumac nose led to a lovely, ripe, mellow Pauillac taste, the absolute profile of Médocain Claret, while very much its own wine too. Serena Sutcliffe, MW
