Insets within a decorative cartouche of the harbor at Quebec and a view of Quebec, paper with a Strasburg Lily watermark. Based on de Fer's four-sheet map of 1718, Chatelain incorporates information about Louisiana and the Mississippi Valley from Delisle's 1701 manuscript map, as well as geography of New England and Canada from Franquelin.
