Export Porcelain Helmet Form Creamer, with blue and floral decorated top rim, twig form handle, painted crest with spread wing eagle or falcon above a floral swagged shield flanked by women symbolizing liberty and justice (one holding a liberty cap and the other holding a balance scale), 5 3/8" high, 6 1/2" x 3 1/2".
