CHINESE PIERCE-CARVED ROSEWOOD STAND TABLE, the shaped top with marble insert, medial shelf, raised on four legs with dragon masks terminating in acanthus feet. Retains an excellent original surface with rich patina. Late 19th/first quarter 20th century. 22 1/2" H, 22" D top.
Condition Report: Wood in excellent condition with minor shrinkage separations; marble with a tight Y-shaped age crack across it and a tight age crack across one scallop, held snugly in frame due to shrinkage of wood.
