standing upright, Budai with his hands clasped adorned in a blue and white glazed accented robe, with unglazed enlarged earlobes, a beaded necklace and prominent eyebrows appearing cheerful; height: 20 cm (7 7/8 in.)
CONDITION
The statuette appears in age-appropriate condition. Overall crazing to the glazed portion. Surface grime visible to the unglazed portion, most notably his chest, earlobes and feet. Inspection under UV light shows overall fluorescence to the crazing but no apparent sign of restoration.
