CIVIL WAR US LOT OF 7 CONFEDERATE SIGNATURES

Lot of 7 signatures from Civil War era confederate notables. Includes: William Alexander Harris, who served 3 years in the CSA and served as an Adjutant General and an Ordnance Officer in the Army of Northern Virginia and later served as a Populist congressman. Benjamin Hooper, who served in Co. B, 1st VA infantry. James Kimbrough Jones, who served as a soldier in the Confederate Army and went on to become a senator for his home state of Arkansas after the war -- his signature is on Senatorial letterhead, ca. 1880s. James Walter Spratley, who served as a Major on the staff of General Franklin Gardner -- this signature was taken while he was a Prisoner of War. William Terry, who served under Stonewall Jackson and went on to be a congressman. This signature is on an envelope from his time as a congressman. Francis H. Weston, a CSA officer in the Civil War - this is a signed letter to Major Julien Mitchell. William L. White who served as a member of Virginia's 3rd Howitzer Light Artillery Co. during the war. All signatures appear authentic and several of these are from their original sources. Very Good - Excellent
