Civil War era grouping identified to Charles Green, an officer in the United States Navy who served in the Lake Erie Great Lakes region at the beginning of the Civil War. Included in this group is a CDV of Charles Green in uniform, the embroidered piping from his uniform sleeves, his top hat in leather case that is identified "Charles Green U.S. Navy", a small cup sized spitoon, and three Lake Erie maps. The maps include a map of Maumee Bay, a map of Kelleys Island, South Bass Island, Middle Bass Island, and North Bass Island, and a map of Eastern Lake Erie at Buffalo. Each of these maps is identified by Green, as having been issued to him at Buffalo, New York in May 1861. In-house shipping is available.
