CLOCK WITH MOON PHASE AND ALARM
Renaissance, indistinctly monogrammed WL (probably Erhard Liechti, died in 1591) and dated 1560.
Wrought iron, in part painted. 4 pillars holding the bell frame, painted red, with 2 bells, one on top of the other. Finely painted dial with window for moon phase, pierced dial with cut-out hour wheel and central coat-of-arms with date. One finely painted hand. Movements with iron cogwheels, arranged on behind the other. Finely shaped bell hammers, striking the hour and half-hour. Paint work of the dial, restored.
