Cal. 41 RF. S# 17571. Bbl. 2 1/2" with a semi-circular front sight. Standard model brass action with sloping hammer. Two-piece bird's head grips. Approx. 48,000 mfg., 1870–1912. CONDITION: bbl. retains 40% of its nickel finish, showing spots of light pitting. The brass frame exhibits a light tarnish. Grips have an age-darkened appearance with a repair at the butt of the left panel. Dark, lightly pitted bore. Action exhibits looseness with an extremely stiff trigger pull. (01-24890/DS).
