SERIAL NUMBER 188040, BARREL 4-1/2", CALIBER .41 COLT. MANUFACTURED 1902. First successful swing out cylinder double action revolver produced by Colt and chambered in the powerful .41 Colt cartridge. Mounted with checkered hard rubber grips with Colt legend at top. Good condition with 40% finish remaining with balance turning plum. Matching assembly numbers found on frame, grips and cylinder latch. Bore is dark with strong rifling. Action operates properly. Grips are very good with inscription inside (FEB.26.1 FH) . Hand ejector knob is a gunsmith made replacement of brass. C&R*
