CONFEDERATE HOLSTER FOR GRISWOLD REVOLVER.

This is a wonderful brown leather holster w/ a flower button as closure. This holster for many years was in the Steve Mullinax collection. He displayed it w/ one of his Griswolds, though it will fit a Leech & Rigdon or most any other navy sized revolver. This holster was made from scraps which was not unusual for Confederate leather, not arsenal product showing Confederate ingenuity. CONDITION: very good overall, this is a fine survivor w/ great aesthetics, leather is still supple & stitching still intact. (02-13847/JS). $800-1,200.
