Published in Vienna in 1764, the Constitutiones Insignis Ordinis Equitum S. Stephani Regis Apostolici records the founding rules of the Hungarian Order of Saint Stephen, promulgated under the authority of Maria Theresa. This folio-format work was printed by Joseph Kurzböck, official Viennese printer. The edition includes three full-page engravings by Johann Ernst Mansfeld, depicting knights of the order, ornamental neck rings, coins, and crosses.
