CORALLO ROSSO ITALIANO NATURALE MEDITERRANEODOUBLE LONG LONG OF NATURAL RED CORAL NOT TREATED WITH 18 KT GOLD STICK - Necklace Coral

Precious two-strand long necklace made of natural untreated red corals. Probably from Sicily, 1950s. The barrel-shaped beads increase in size from the smallest, near the disc-shaped clasp in 18 kt (750) yellow gold - hollow - with safety clasp - to the centre with the largest stones on both strands. The clasp is beautifully engraved by hand with garland on the disc. The coral barrels (small discs) measure 0. 5 cm, getting larger up to the central part where they measure 0. 85-0. 90 cm each. Total necklace length: approx. 55 cm first strand, approx. 58 cm second strand (63 cm including clasp) . Total weight: approx. 87 g including clasp. The clasp is made of 18 kt gold, has minor signs of wear and the attachment of the hook part has threads of a different colour due to an amateur repair. The necklace will be sent extremely carefully and packaged in a generic gift box.
