LANDSCAPE WITH ANCIENT RUINS AND SHEPHERDS LOUNGING IN THE FOREGROUND

Condition Report:
The panel consists of a single plank and is flat, stable, and beveled on all 4 sides. A landscape image reads well beneath clear varnish. No repairs or losses are visible to the naked eye. Under UV inspection, only scattered small strokes of retouching are visible in the sky. The varnish fluoresces unevenly in the lower right corner. No retouching is visible in the figures or landscape elements. The painting is in excellent condition and can hang in its present state. Offered in a decoratively carved ebonized wood frame.
