Three sharp red signatures and rich, deep black printing along with four full margins fully confirm the Gem 65 EPQ grade assigned by PMG. This note along with one other 65 EPQ and a 63 constitute the entire Uncirculated population of CC-186s from PMG. Seldom offered this nice. PMG Pop 2/None Finer.
