RIFLE.Cal. 30-06. S# 2622187. Bbl. 24" aftermarket marked "1 10", "30 06" & "1 08". Muzzle & throat both gauge less than 1. NM .062 blade front sight with protective ears. National Match hooded rear sight. Rifle appears to be an assembled National Match style with "NM" op-rod & sights. Parkerized finish. Walnut stock set with added bedding, bottom mounted sling swivels & M1907 style sling. Left side of stock has partially faded "DOD eagle" cartouche. Underside of wrist has strong circled "P" firing proof that appears struck twice. CONDITION: stock set has added finish with scattered dings, scratches & handling marks. Metal retains 95% arsenal reparkerized finish with some edge wear, handling marks & light oxidation. Action functions properly when hand cycled. Bright near excellent bore.
