Cabinet (1) - Cherry, Wood - Second half 19th century
Splendid cabinet / bookcase cabinet, with lower drawer, in cherry wood. Dated 1850/1860, Piedmontese. From above Smooth hat and toothed frame, San Marco type workmanship. Wide Rooted Band, with cherry wood thread dividing with the Anta area. Door with original mirror, slight stains (170 years old) . It has its own brass key and it works. Very beautiful carved side capitals. Beautiful side pilasters carved with scrolls of acanthus leaves. The Rose window recalls the friezes of the Lesene. It is delivered Polished with beeswax. Single door opening to the left. In the bottom part of the chest of drawers with the same workmanship as the door and a pedestal of the piece of furniture with the reference to the work along the sides of the pilasters. Gorgeous piece of furniture, massive, big and wide, big space. Beautiful cherry tree.
