Cable and Slip-decorated Pearlware Quart Milk Jug, England, c. 1790, the body with two fields of black slip-inlaid banding divided by a band of blue slip, the top and bottom with bands of orange and red slip, strap handle with foliate terminals, ht. 5 7/8 in.
