Cadillac - Sedan de Ville hardtop V8 - 1958

These were the most beautiful models by Cadillac. The luxury of a Rolls Royce or Bentley but as an American concept. The large de Ville from 1958 with its green tinted panoramic front and rear window, the many chrome details and its tail fins. All paint on this classic was body-off removed years ago. It was then professionally sprayed with various layers of primer and a shiny pink with ivory white. Completely new interior and headliner. The matching 6L V8 petrol engine runs very well with a lot of power, the automatic gearbox shifts well through its gears and the brakes and lights work great. Beautifully made with four frameless power windows and charming vent windows in the front and rear doors. The front bullet bumper and the gold-coloured large grille is again inspired by ammunition. This was art on wheels, so many beautiful details. The longer you look at it, the more you're going to appreciate the car. The bottom of the car is just as beautifully finished as the body. An incredible amount of time and money was spent and it shows. The original factory brochure from 1958 and the original owner’s manual have been kept, it comes with two sets of keys. There is also a hidden CD player with an expensive 10-CD changer for playing Elvis Presley on a loop. . . or something else! The car is exempt from Dutch road tax and Dutch periodic vehicle inspections, it’s cheap to drive as it has a classic car insurance. It will not get any more rock 'n' roll than this. In one word: WONDERFUL! About 4,000 miles driven since the extensive body restoration. Approved as a classic car therefore cheap to insure, no Dutch road tax or Dutch periodic inspections.
