New. 1p, measuring 14" x 18", Washington, D.C., dated April 17, 1926. Featuring blind embossed seal of the Post Office Department at lower left middle. Evidence of prior mounting to all four corners, with paper remnants and light residue present on front and verso; darkened soiling and age toning throughout. Good condition overall with intact signature.
