New York-based Colombian photographer Camila Falquez captures images that harness the traditions of fashion and portrait photography whilst honouring a broad spectrum of social and gender diversity; the activists, performers, and artists that empower their local communities. Surrealist and imbued with a painterly colour palette, Falquez creates empowering visions which evokes narratives of community, humanity, liberation, and visibility.
