Etching and drypoint on cream laid paper with trimmed watermark "Miscellaneous". (1888). 8 x 12.1 cm (sheet 22.6 x 28.4 cm). Signed, annotated "1er état nº 1" and titled in pencil.

Very good, strong impression with studio traces in the wide margins. Only thee impressions of the First State and elven or eight of the second. - Light-stained and with old traces of folding in the margin. Verso with former traces of mounting and slight traces of handling, otherwise in good condition. Rare!

Sehr guter, kräftiger und wirkungsreicher Druck mit Atelierspuren im breiten Rand. Insgesamt sind nur drei Abzüge des ersten Druckzustands bekannt. – Lichtrandig sowie mit alten Faltspuren im Rand. Verso mit ehemaligen Montierungs- und leichten Handhabungsspuren, ansonsten gut erhalten. Selten!
